We have great people who service in our community.

Board of Directors

Summerset II’s Board of Directors are elected in September and serve a two year term. They oversee the clubs, committees, employees, and management services. They host monthly meetings in the Clubhouse to discuss community issues. Residents are all encourages to attend.

Committees

Summerset II has several committees that oversee specific areas. Residents volunteer to participate in these various committees: Architectural, Board Advisory, Clubhouse Décor, Finance, Newsletter, Nominating & Elections, and Welcome.

Management

Our community is managed by Common Interest Management Services. Our property manager is Melody Murray. They handle the HOA fees, resident issues, community amenities management. Their contact information is at the bottom of the website.

Employees

Summerset II has several employees that help service our community. We have Gate Attendants at our front gate, Rovers who monitor our community at night, and the Office Administrator who oversees the clubs, activities, community database, designs the Newsletter, and more.
