Board of Directors<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Summerset II’s Board of Directors is elected in September and serves a two-year term. They oversee the clubs, committees, employees, and management services. They host monthly meetings in the Clubhouse to discuss community issues. Residents are all encouraged to attend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Committees<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Summerset II has several committees that oversee specific areas. Residents volunteer to participate in these various committees: Architectural, Board Advisory, Clubhouse D\u00e9cor, Finance, Newsletter, Nominating & Elections, and Welcome.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Management<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Our community is managed by Common Interest Management Services<\/a>. Our property manager is Nathalie Camara. They handle the HOA fees, resident issues, and community amenities management. Their contact information is at the bottom of the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Summerset II has several employees who help service our community. We have Gate Attendants at our front gate, Rovers who monitor our community at night, and the Office Administrator who oversees the clubs, activities, community database, designs the Newsletter, and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
