Now that you are all settled in, let’s get you connected and ready to enjoy all that Summerset II has to offer.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

STEP 1: Visit the Office<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Visit the Office to get set up in the system, provide your guest list for the gate. You can purchase a gate clicker, Clubhouse fob, and general key. Complete your Age Verification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BRING: A credit\/debit card, your ID, and rental agreement or closing documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

OFFICE HOURS: Monday – Friday \/ 9 AM – 2 PM<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

STEP 2: Set up HOA Payments<\/p>\n\n\n\n

HOA dues are prorated as of the date of closing. New owners are responsible for dues payments from that date forward. Check out our HOA Dues page for details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

STEP 3: Event and Trips<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We have so many terrific events going on at SSII. You can find the latest events on our home page or on the Clubhouse bulletin board. It’s a great way to meet new people in a fun way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

STEP 4: Join a Club<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is an active community filled with people with various talents and interests. There is truly something for everyone, especially if you are willing to try something new. Check out all the clubs and classes we have to offer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you have a moving truck\/ storage container to temporarily park on the street, or have guests or service people arriving, contact the gate prior to their arrival.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
