RULES & REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Summerset II is a gated community with homes to buy or rent. We are not low-income apartments. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Anyone can buy a home in Summerset II, but only people 55 or older can live in the homes. There are three exceptions to this rule: (1) If someone who is 55+ is married to someone 45+. (2) If someone who is 55+ requires a full-time live-in caregiver. The resident must have a doctor complete our form. (3) If someone who is 55+ is the full-time live-in caregiver of their child or grandchild. The resident must have a doctor complete our form. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Summerset II does not allow cars to park on the street overnight. Residents must keep cars in their garages, and one car is allowed to be parked in their driveway.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
